Meet Mariah D. Peterson
Mariah Darsha is an author, speaker, educator, and community cultivator dedicated to helping women grow personally, lead confidently, and thrive professionally.
With a background in Broadcast Journalism, Communication Studies, and Educational Leadership, she brings together communication, leadership, and community-building to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As the founder of Bosses Who Brunch, Mariah has built a leadership and lifestyle community for elevated women of impact—including founders, executives, educators, creatives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. Through intentional events, meaningful conversations, and strategic connections, Bosses Who Brunch supports women in strengthening their leadership, expanding their networks, and stepping boldly into their next level.
Mariah is also the author of Pitch Like a Boss and the founder of The Scholar Wave, an emerging youth leadership and future-readiness initiative. Her experience includes work with ABC Radio Disney, COMPLEX News, Blavity, Hollywood Unlocked, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
